Les Calcaires Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Dry, fresh, and youthful flavor with hints of dried gooseberries and citrus. It is served chilled as is or with light salads, goat cheese, and seafood. The grapes are harvested early in the morning before 9 am, from vineyards with calcareous clay and refractory soils, providing the Sauvignon grapes with good fruity acidity and complexity. The vineyards are rich in fossils and therefore have a limestone soil, which provides balance and good mineral notes to the wines.
