Blanc d’Eulalie

This Champagne has a bright and clear appearance, displaying a deep lemon yellow color with pale silver reflections in the depth of the glass. It is animated by fine, lively bubbles that form persistent strands of pearls. The first olfactory impression evokes aromas of smoky, iodine-rich limestone, typical of our marl and limestone soil, mixed with notes of lemon, fresh hazelnut, and white peach. A buttery character with nutty notes reveals itself after the first contact with air. The palate is flexible and fresh with a creamy, melted effervescence. The Champagne develops a juicy, crunchy fruit palate, underscored by concentrated lemon acidity.
