Description
This cuvée is produced from a small plot of 30 ares planted with vines over 50 years old. For vinification, small conical wooden vats (18 hectoliters) and indigenous yeasts are used. The aging in barrels lasts between 16 and 18 months with 50-100% new barrels. No clarification or filtration is carried out. It is a distinguished wine of high quality with a creamy texture, velvety tannins, and intense aromas of very ripe red and dark fruits.
