Description
Cultivated in a small plot with granite soil, the old Viognier vines are hand-harvested late. The grapes undergo direct maceration and are fermented in barrel with native yeasts. The wine is then aged for 10 months on fine lees. This Condrieu, with a pale color and golden highlights, offers aromas of stone fruits and a generous, creamy, and delicate palate. It is a wine to enjoy with cod ceviche with mango or a plum tart.
