Saignee d’Eulalie

This Champagne has a bright and clear raspberry pink color in the glass that resembles fresh rose petals. It is animated by fine and lively bubbles that form a delicate sequence. The first olfactory impression is elegant and mineral with notes of limestone and smoked limestone typical of our soil, enhanced by fruity notes of raspberry, wild strawberry, and grapefruit. After contact with the air, it reveals notes of honeysuckle, carnation, hazelnut, cherry, apricot, and sweet spices. The palate is flexible and fresh with a creamy and melted effervescence. The Champagne develops a juicy and crisp fruity palate, supported by an integrated acidity of grapefruit.
