Florent's small plot in Les Champs Fulliot is a vineyard gem, densely planted with sixty-year-old Pinot Noir and located in the same hillside group of vineyards that includes the great Volnay Premier Crus Taillepieds and Clos des Chênes. In the glass, the wine has a deep and clear ruby color that cools down to a bright fuchsia at the edge.
