The Domaine Schieferkopf collection focuses on exquisite rieslings, a vision realized by the renowned vigneron Michel Chapoutier from the Rhône. The Schieferkopf Riesling Via Saint Jacques, made with selected grapes from Bernardvillé and Reichsfeld in Alsace, at an altitude of 380 meters, is characterized by its fruity and spicy profile. On the nose, it offers aromas of apple and cinnamon with a delicate honeyed touch. On the palate, it reveals itself as a wine of complexity and openness, perfectly combining elegance and depth.
