The name Vitral is inspired by the alabaster windows of our Barrel Room and the work of the Venezuelan artist Carlos Cruz-Diez, whose work is based on creating experiences through color, space, and light. Vitral alludes precisely to the chromatic atmospheres traced by the stained glass of a cathedral, spaces that, beyond the religious, are places where man connects with the sublime and the spiritual.
