Description
Otazu Chardonnay (D.O. Navarra) is a 100% Chardonnay white wine. The production of this wine began with a selected harvest in the Chardonnay vineyards of the property in September. From this, high-quality white grapes were obtained to produce this reference with Denomination of Origin of Navarra. The process continued with the clarification by gravity of the must, which was subsequently fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Afterward, aging on lees in the tank is carried out for three months to preserve all its personality and varietal characteristics.
