Description
This wine comes from the youngest vines on the estate, many of which are planted in the "bush" style of albarelli. Low-temperature fermentation and short maceration help enhance the aromas and drinkability. Nine months in old barrels and terracotta amphorae preserve the purity of the fruit without the sweet influence of wood and give a pleasant flexibility to the tannins. We are faced with a brilliant expression of Rosso, but not lacking in complexity. Bright floral notes, spices, wild mint, fresh currents, dehydrated blueberry, and cherry flesh tannins, all framed by a spicy freshness and the earthy charm of Tuscany.
