1 Ha. A Story Chardonnay (D.O.P. Pago de Otazu) is a wine made from the Chardonnay grape coming from the clay-limestone soil of the Viña Urrutia plot. It is harvested by hand in September and then gently pressed. Two thirds of the wine will ferment in egg-shaped concrete deposits with a subsequent aging of 6 months on its lees. Meanwhile, the remaining third ferments and completes aging in French oak barrels from the Vosges forest.
