The farm has grown each year, and today it covers 15 hectares in the municipalities of La Roche de Glun, Pont de l'Isère, and Mercurol. 

From the beginning, Emmanuel has placed great importance on the vinification of each of his plots separately, in order to bring to light all the subtleties and living expressions of the land.

• «Mise en Bouche»: un vino halagador con aromas principalmente de fruta negra, guinda y violeta.

• «Les Trois Chênes»: un vino más denso con notas aromáticas más complejas.

• «Au Fil du Temps» (selección de parcelas en determinadas añadas): un vino más estructurado, con notas de fruta roja, especias y pimienta, destacando la mineralidad del la tierra.
