French Bloom

With the support of an executive management team that includes Carl Héline, former Director of Krug Champagne @ Moet-Hennessy, LVMH in France and the U.S., and Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, General Director of Champagne Frerejean Frères, French Bloom set out to create a premium non-alcoholic French sparkling wine with a rich flavor architecture. 

French Bloom benefits from the knowledge of French expertise in sparkling wine production to create a new excellence of French celebration, but without alcohol this time.

French Bloom is made from a unique blend of organic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from our partner growers in the famous French region of Languedoc. The traditional wine fermentation in oak barrels is used for the first time in the production of alcohol-free wines, and the first vintage comes after more than 4 years of R&D and 200 tests in innovation in de-alcoholization processes that preserve natural flavors.
