Description
This wine comes from selected grapes from the vineyards of Heathcote and McLaren Vale. Its production took place at the Hunter Valley winery, using a combination of open fermenters and stainless steel tanks. The aging was carried out in French and American oak barrels for 12 to 15 months after the harvest.
It presents a deep red color with a bright purple edge. On the nose, it stands out as a smooth, spicy red wine, with aromas of dark ripe fruits and subtle hints of oak with vanilla. On the palate, it offers intense flavors of shiraz, backed by firm tannins that provide length and complexity. This wine is a rich and elegant expression of shiraz, ideal for enjoying on a variety of occasions.
