Established in the Côte des Bar, Champagne Edouard DUVAL is made from the best selected grapes coming exclusively from its own estate: the Domaine Sainte Eulalie. This ancient priory was founded almost a thousand years ago, in 1095, by the monks of the Abbey of Cluny. It occupies a unique position in Champagne, as it is one of the few historical estates that still exist, with 28 hectares of contiguous vineyards producing Champagne. All the grapes are grown on the property following sustainable farming methods and have the certification "Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne" (VDC).
